COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I purchased a jewelry set from this company, but it didn’t look as I had imagined, so I decided to return it. Despite their policy clearly stating "free returns," it took 24 days to process my refund. They received the item but essentially held my money hostage.
Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this purchase. Many one-star reviews mention the same issue—delayed or denied refunds—with the company responding in a blunt and dismissive manner. If a customer no longer wants an item, why should they be denied a timely refund? Your policy states "free returns," so why does it take nearly a month to process?
If you don’t want to honor refunds, don’t advertise free returns. Customers work hard for their money, and it’s frustrating when a company acts as if returning an item is unreasonable. It’s my money, not yours. I have a family to support, and when I request a refund, I expect it to be handled promptly—not delayed simply because you’re unwilling to process it.
For anyone considering buying from this business, think twice. Their slow refund process and poor customer service make it clear that they care more about holding onto money than satisfying customers. Avoid this company.

Brother Ijaz helped when my family and I were selecting bridal lengha and outfits. He was exceptionally helpful, warm and welcoming. We left the top for adjustments, which have been done swiftly. Would definitely recommend as feel it is underrated amongst other ships such as Janan which are excessively expensive and lack customer care.

Not a patch on the shop it used to be. Very tired looking inside and out, not enough staff and not anywhere near attentive enough. Craft section was so untidy it was dangerous. Such a shame, used to be a wonderful shopping experience, not anymore.

Website states 30 days returns guaranteed, but then the retailer refuses to accept returns. They say this is because the product is cut to size - all fabric is cut to size when people order it, and the amount I ordered was a standard amount (3m). Also, their FAQ begins with “our orders are cut to size” - implying all their orders are.

Very poor customer service with the reality of the return policy hidden halfway through the FAQ, while the consciously misleading on is splashed across every page of the site. It’s true that they call returns “discretionary” - halfway down the FAQ - but this is misleading when there is a 30 day money back guarantee splashed over every page of the website.

Extremely inconsiderate advertising. Parked a large van blasting out an advert on repeat at loud volume next to my parked car with a sleeping baby in it. Woke my baby. Awful practice.

Asian clothes are hard work. The staff really did help with navigating all the options and while offering a wide selection, were still cheaper than most other places.

However, the cut and quality of things I bought was disappointing. While the staff justify these design features, I did expect more from a well established shop.
