Package hasn't turned up. Can't have a refund until they get the item back from the courier company. Offered absolutely nothing when I contacted to raise a complaint. A not so merry Christmas experience...

Fair to say i will not be a returning customer. Advertised offers that run out of stock on the first day, and misleading offers of free gifts where you cant find information about them. I contacted customer services, and received no help as a customer. Amazing that as soon as i raised the free gift issue, information about terms and conditions appeared under every product in the deal. Customer services still rejected my request. take my advice, stay away and use one of the other companies out there.

Terrible service all round. My first was problem was that a 48hr delivery took a week to arrive.

Second problem was when I complained about paying for 48hr delivery and not getting it I got a copy an paste response offering no service what so ever. Disgusting.

Finally, the products which arrived where broken, not fit for purpose, and not as described. Not surprising for these shady con artists.

Wouldnt order from them again.
