Just popped in with family who needed some last minute shopping. Really nice vibe. All the specialist counters looked great, and the smell from the hot food counter was fabulous. We even got a couple of tips of the best place for a Sunday roast locally from the cashier. Wish we had a Booths near to us at home.

First Class "Signature" breakfast. It was really handy to call for a few bits ahead of Christmas and we decided we'd spoil ourselves with breakfast in the café. We both went for the signature breakfast. Everything, including the two poached (our choice) eggs, was cooked perfectly. There was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. And the lady serving us was lovely too. Helpful and happy despite being very busy. Full house rating, despite the presence of the seemingly ubiquitous and, in my view, misplaced and generally unwelcome hash brown. I ate it. Could have left it, but it was there..... Great start to our day in Ilkley.

A friend of mine has always raved about the Booths' chain of supermarkets so, while visiting Ilkley, I popped in to see for myself. Now I know why she loves this store. It's attractive, welcoming, well stocked with a wide range of edible products and the best Fish, Meat and cheese counters of any supermarket. With lovely friendly staff it was the first time I can honestly say I really enjoyed visiting a supermarket. Thank you Booths.

Lovely lovely staff and reasonable food but sometimes the staff vanish into thin air/ have a noisy natter in the back and leave people waiting at the tills for unacceptable amounts of time....

I went to booths for the first time. I was so excited to be doing my shopping here as I heard that they stocked good quality things that you wouldn't be able to find in other supermarkets. Unfortunately, because of my excitement I didn't notice that they have a 2 hour limit in their car park. I've never seen this sort of restriction in any of the supermarkets I've been to.I mean if a person is going to do a lot of shopping how can they expect a customer to do their shopping in that space of time. They have a cafe in there as well which takes ages to order and you have wait a loooong time just for a cup of coffee. Anyway, I ended up getting a fine for £100 because I over stayed in their car park. It's left a bad taste in my mouth. I traveled for 45 minutes to get there and do a huge shopping. So they don't want customers to shop? I'm really 😠

I don't often visit but might start making it a new place to shop at. It's a lovely supermarket, with higher quality food and the whole set up is akin to Waitrose but this feels more warm and welcoming. The quality of the food is better than Waitrose from my initial experience of the few things I had bought.
However, I'm not a checkout kind of person, I prefer self service and apps for shopping so Booths may be a treat rather than a regular shopping trip.
