Boughey are one of my favourite hauliers to work with, fleet is always immaculate and drivers are fantastic.

Sat waiting to go on a bay for 2 and half hours, as I had a delivery. Waiting that long and I was only on the bay for 12 min. Other than that the tippers were very good and had paperwork back straight away.

Extremely poor at the gatehouse. I arrived with a container, only to have the load rejected because the ref no was 1 digit short. All other numbers correct and in order, but 1 short. So a 300 mile round trip for nothing. They could have solved the problem, but couldn't be bothered. Not good enough.

If you are delivering to them you will wait to get tipped for hours. They are so slow that after 2.5hrs they managed to tip only 7 out of 26 pallets. So who ever delivering to them get your night out stuff and plenty of food..

Great looking company but many cracks within the paint work. This place looks a great well organized distribution company but as soon as you get through the gates its shows how not to run a business. Like most places could be run better security is where the professionalism leaves the job. Well done security Transport what transport yard organised chaos having to find a parking space then walked through the yard pass some of the staff who look down on you to find power happy individuals that say the right things to do but do the opposite them selfs. On the plus side a few really good people that keep this ship afloat probably never praised for it. Over bring a big cup of will to live with you as you soon give up the will to live in here.

I tip hear regularly gate staff really helpful and for a change happy office staff are ok tip is usually fairly quick depending on how busy they are paperwork is always done straight after tip facilities are ok

Well just had one of there drivers of dg18jgz come up behind me on motorway in a thunderstorm. I had space saver on from flat less than mile down motorway not my choice of what to drive on but he started flashing his lights and on horn I persume as he thought I was going to slow but he came within a foot of my back bumper. I was doing 50mph which with conditions and space saver was fast enough. DANGEROUS DRIVING and just a complete lack of professional curtsey and just a Bully could of caused a panic or serious accident.

Boughey drivers are one of the most courteous HGV road users around! I commute every day by bike and see several Boughey trucks pass me each day. They are always patient and leave plenty of room when passing & they never take chances.
