Went in there to buy paint for the first time to decorate a bedroom. Pete was amazing talked me through which ones I needed made sure it was the colour and finish I wanted, everything. Even made sure I had all the equipment

I needed to buy new plant pots and have always found B&Q to be one of the best places to go.
As I was going to Bridlington for the day I was able to pop into the local branch. It’s not very big but usually has a good range of just about everything you need for home and garden improvements.
I’ve been to this branch lots of times so headed straight for the gardening section.
As usual the plants and shrubs all looked amazing and there was a good selection of plants in the Clearance section too looking for a little extra love.
I was a little unlucky as there was very little choice in the size of pot I needed - usually I would be spoiled for choice.
Staff as always are very friendly and helpful.
Trolleys are free to use and there is ample parking complete with a snack van.
Good for browsing but even better if you know exactly what you want!

Place easy easy to access with great car parking facilities. Even has a snack van during the day, that serves some decent food. Staff are friendly and easy to approach. Although doesn't have the availability of larger stores, staff are more than happy to order stock in if required.

The staff here are incredibly helpful. We were first helped by a man called Barry who had a great sense of humour, was fast and efficient. Afterwards we approached a man called Pete who helped us through our shopping list step by step (as we didn’t have a clue what we were doing). He went out of his way to lift things into our trolley, assist us through our shopping list and walk us around the store to make sure we got everything we needed. He had fantastic patience and went out of his way to be incredibly helpful. It’s extremely refreshing to see such great customer service and I believe the staff here deserve great praise for all that they do. Very happy customers 🙂
