Went into the store this afternoon to purchase some wallpaper, after reviewing the selection we opted for one that only had one roll available in the clearance section, went to the help bc desk to see if any more might be available and Were helped by Gerry, who couldn’t have been more helpful, I was so impressed at how interactive and involved he was it was a pleasure to interact with him, thanks for your help Gerry , you are a credit to customer services and the store .

Friendly staff, and great location. But not very helpful. I wanted a solid wood floor only to be told that all B and Q stores have to look the same but don’t hold the same stock. I asked why advertise the flooring if you don’t hold the stock? I then said how about you order it in for me. They said no we can’t get it anymore. I tried several different solid wood floor types. I even offered to go and fetch it on the mani land myself. But still no! Not impressed, I will make a point of telling everyone how bad this experience was.

just had a bad experience. very lazy guy refused to cut my wood there... rubbish. it was sorted last week with other guy but today I end up been serviced by very lazy guy. save you trip and go elsewhere!

We have purchased a new kitchen from B and Q IOW
Matt who helped us design our kitchen was excellent listened to our needs and was very patient. Once orded everything arrived as advised and all together all on time. We had items to return this process again was straight forward.
Thank you your customer service has been excellent from start to finish. We will be back next year for our bathroom.

So phoned up B&q today to Complain about a 3 1/4 full bag of aggregate..
To be told on the phone by the NOT so helpful man that when buying a bulk bag ..its not a ton it's to the Nearest weight of 0.9 ..So that means you could get 5 stones in the bag and there's nothing you can do about it..considering the bulk bags have gone up over £10 in the last couple of months this is what I got ..A HALF FULL BAG

A big B&Q that's well stocked and has a good number of friendly and helpful staff who seem to be able to find the 'expert' when I need extra information. The bulk delivery service is fast and has a very friendly driver /loader who was happy to put my load of gravel and timber where I wanted. Although I didn't know (my fault for not asking) that they are not allowed to come up the driveway but with some skillful crane work that didn't matter.
