Ordered two cans of paint for click and collect, no contact when they had arrived - I had to chase them. When I went to pick them up only one of the cans was actually there so they refunded me which took far longer than necessary as they had minimal staff on and the manager had to be asked multiple times how to do it. However, after all that the person who refunded me clearly did not know what they were doing as they over refunded me £12 (which I was unaware of until they rang me at 10am following a night shift demanding that I come back in and pay it). They then continued to email me whilst I was on holiday over £12. This was paid and my partner picked up some small paint rollers only for these to fall apart straight away. 0/5 do not recommend.

Probably a smaller branch than the big towns/ cities but very useful to have and packed with pretty much everything you will need for DIY and the garden. Click and collect also available.

Wide range of products here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You have a huge selection of outdoor and indoor plants, lighting, bathroom and household appliances also have painting and electrical stuff.

Great if you looking to get some jobs done at home.

When we visited the store we were personally helped all the way, even assembling our lawnmower for us! We found the staff, especially Sue and Stephen, very capable and friendly. We would recommend the store to anyone.

Seems OK. Has most of what we needed but you can't get boards cut here. They don't stock many tins of each paint either, guess that's due to space. Always seem to use self-service as they only have 1 till open at a time
