Phenomenal service from Bradley Hatch Jewellers. I ordered and item online and I was somewhat astounded to receive a personal email from them acknowledging the order and confirming the next steps. I chose the "free gift wrapping" service and the item came beautifully wrapped, with ribbon and bows. Tremendous company and I would highly recommend - If only all companies were like Bradley Hatch!

I'm absolutely delighted with the outstanding service and workmanship at Bradley Hatch. Their marvellous jeweller remade a ring into a pendant for me. It is absolutely stunning. The workmanship is beautiful and the costs to do this were affordable. This item was very sentimental to me and they have given it a new lease of life. They also have an amazing selection of jewellery for all budgets. Well worth a visit.

I have collected my bespoke Diamond engagement and eternity ring recently and they have not disappointed. The service I have received from Louise all the way from coming in to discuss my initial thoughts to the end result of seeing these beautiful rings on my finger, has been excellent and her passion for matching fabulous jewellery to the right person is a skill in itself. My face has not stopped beaming with delight and I can not be any more happier with the rings......

Ruined my red arrows watch,which was the last thing my daughter ever bought for Me.
Only took it in for a new battery. They had it for 10 weeks and when I got it back only 1 of the 4 dials would work.that watch can NEVER be replaced. I,m gutted.ps. I see that you haven't commented on THIS review. 😭😡

Met Bradley initially at a wedding exhibition and we both felt more of a friend than a customer. I'm no expert when it comes to jewelry, particularly diamond wedding rings, but the staff were amazing at explaining how they are cut and what the best options were for us. Highly recommended.
