Good prices and nicely organised and take card payments for small amounts. One rude member of staff hence 3 stars. When I smiled and said 'hey' to get their attention as I was at the cash desk waiting to be served all they grunted back was " you should be ringing the bell really...". No smile, no hello, just turned away and proceeded to ignore me or even advise where this bell was even situated (its shaped like a crab for anyone wondering and its a very nice desk bell. Person who came and served on the cash was very polite and welcoming!

I needed to take a few irems of clothing home to my lady partner Lorraine Watt to try on, and your lady was very helpful, and said we should keep the receipt in case we wanted to return the items. I duly paid the £12-00 using my debit card.

Sadly, only AFTER the transaction was done, she said that Branching Out do not do refunds, but would give me a credit note.

Unfortunately none of the items are suitable for Lorraine and we will have to return them. On our pensions £12-00 is a lot of money to leave in a shop - to be redeemed on goods, who knows when.

A wonderful charity shop with lots of personality! My daughter always loves to see how they have decorated their window! We mostly pop in to buy childrens books and a toys but there are lots of little treasures to be found even a treat or two for your dog. I love all the beautiful woodwork that has been made/up cycled by service users 🙂

Children especially enjoy ferriting through the toy assortment and it's all in a good cause. Some good jigsaw puzzles, books and China/glassware.

There are various stock/ items sold here from toys to clothes. Friendly, helpful staff, volunteers. Please be aware that the shop might not be accepting donations at the moment.
