A gem of a shop, great selection of dresses both for the bride and bridesmaids. Including shoes, hair accessories and jewellery. All at amazing prices and no pressure to purchase. We got everything from Brides of Ibstock, Leanne was wonderful and patient, the whole experience was a joy. All alterations were made to perfection, including to our page boy's outfit - which Leanne practically remade to mirror the groom. I would recommend Brides of Ibstock a hundred times over. Well done Leanne you are amazing!

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Brides of Ibstock. They were all so beautiful and Leanne was so helpful and so willing to make amendments to them for us even when she was very busy. It was so nice to choose the dresses in such a relaxed, friendly environment. Would highly recommend!

Brides of Ibstock are FANTASTIC! I bought my wedding dress online and Leanne (manager) took it in for me. She was very welcoming and offered a fantastic and affordable service. My dress fit perfectly and she even allowed me to borrow a travel box so i was able to transport my dress with ease abroad to my wedding.
My sister is now getting married and she has bought both her own dress and the dresses for the bridesmaids from Leanne, again we have recieved excellent service! The shop is stunning and we were looked after so well when my sister chose her dress.

I HIGHLY recommend Brides of Ibstock!

I had a lovely experience at this store and would most definitely recommend Brides of Ibstock. They were friendly and very helpful in the process of choosing my dress. They had the most amazing dresses and i managed to find a fabulous dress for a very reasonable price.

I've never had such untimely or unprofessional service. In September 2014 I ordered and paid up front for 5 tie sets. I have just received them today - in January 2015 despite promises that they would be ready 2 weeks from the order date.
We have been in contact with the shop's manager several times over delivery (which was initially offered within a couple of weeks as she "often drives past our house"). After a couple of months we began to get concerned and it was obvious the shop's staff did not pass through our village very often as originally stated. At this point we suggested Brides of Ibstock post the ties to us - not a big cost for some ties and seeing as we'd paid cash upfront in September.
All in all, after months of chasing we went out of our way to pick them up in person - not easy as we're very busy every weekend building our own house. I would not recommend this unprofessional shop - communication is very lacking, promises broken - perhaps because we'd already paid in full? If you do have to use these people - there's no other choice maybe? - DO NOT PAY UPFRONT no matter how small the amount.
Really when organising the most important day of your life, you could do without the stress of Brides of Ibstock.
