Lovely variety of healthy plants available. Great indoor
shop with some unusual gifts and garden products. Nice Tearoom. Good parking.

Good variety of plants, reasonably priced. Staff always pleasant. Giftware section has a selection of ideas for presents. The card section has birthday and special event cards which include works by local artists. The cafe is worth a visit.

I went to the garden centre today and came away feeling very annoyed. The shop was not busy so but one member of staff on the till was particularly rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She obviously thought I had some kind of disease as she told me in an abrupt manner to put my money on the counter. No please, thankyou or goodbye. Looking at the business response in other reviews, being busy is no excuse for rudeness either. I rang to complain and was told this was the bosses daughter!! That's the last time I step foot in there. The girl needs a lesson in customer services, that's for sure!!

Had a very pleasant visit. I always end up spending more than I anticipate ... Not forgetting the very nice little cafe they have.

Yes it's fine, keep it simple... I've been disappointed twice after many visits and that is because I was too ambitious with the menu, great staff, good parking, friendly and pleasant atmosphere, as I say, it's a cafe and a good one, it's not a restaurant so keep it simple and you will not be disappointed.

Lots of choice with gifts and toys, nicely laid out throughout. Very friendly staff.
When we visited there were lots of Christmas trees just strewn everywhere outside, which was a little forest like.
The cafe is nice with good views over the outside area, its very expensive though for what you get. 2.80 for a latte, 2.40 for a cup of tea which came with a chipped teapot.
Full of flavour though.
