Some nice stuff available but not something I would personally buy. Nice big space, parking, and you could donate your unwanted furniture if they are in good condition.

First thing first I wanted to also confirm that indeed their delivery person is a rude and disrespectful person, I ignored the previous posts about that but ended up getting offended by their delivery person as well. I don’t know if that person is controlling the whole company or just his managers are too afraid to fire him.
Basically most of what I ordered from this store were broken and all these could have been avoided if store had done minimum quality control on their products. I had trusted the store for doing that. At the end, after a month of trouble, not only I didn’t get apologized for their poor service but their handyman offended me by accusing me of being a liar and telling me that I had done the damages. He also refused to move the stuff back to the truck. Also I should mention that the prices that they put on the products are not very far from first hand new products in many cases.

Very RUDE delivery drivers hence 3 stars. However the store staff are a true reflection of what BHF stands for and the work they do is amazing and they themselves are 5 stars. Thank you to all the volunteers who go the extra mile every time I have been in store

Me and many people are so disappointed that there are no longer books here. Previously there were 2 book cases filled with books, I used to get them all the time. Now they’re gone. reading is so important especially for youth and as well as people reusing and donating their old ones. I hope they bring it back.

Edit: They brung the books back! thankyou very much british heart foundation! we thank you!

Clean, bright, open space. Friendly staff.
This site focuses predominantly on furniture plus some electronics. They do not sell or take donations of clothing/books/toys etc.

Starting to get very expensive more like a high street shop than a charity shop supposed to help people less fortunate they get items donated but put a silly high price on it which you could buy cheaper from currys .
