Nice consept for shops at the area. Upgraded a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the parking is a nightmare and especially to enter and exit.
Whoever designed the parking area and the signage has done an absolutely poor job blocking the roads just outside the shopping centre and the traffic lights.

The large Tesco and Marks and Spencer stores dominate the site, with multiple other stores on a more cramped secondary site adjacent to them.

There is a large car park, which seems to be perpetually busy in front of M&S and Tesco, which has a Tesco petrol station, a Tesco Click and Collect point plus a Waves Car Wash.

The adjacent Brookfield Farm site has numerous stores, including Next, JD Sports, Poundland, Sports Direct, Boots, 5 Guy's, and a Costa Coffee.

Parking is chaotic at the best of times, so leave extra time to find a parking space.

There is a new Tesla Supercharger on the far end of the carpark, it has 16 250kw type 4 units, 1 being designated for disabled people.

A favourite ... the M&S has recently had a makeover and is a great place to have a wander. The food department is so lovely now, but we are still waiting for the cafe to reopen... maybe March 👀
Tesco gas also had a little makeover and is a great place to shop. It has a really good home department and clothing department.
There's a Starbucks and a Nandos sandwiched in between.
Across the road there are some other shops as well...Boots, next, Flannels, River Island and a Poundstretcher along with a couple of sports shops.

Lots of parking available & a handful of decent shops including Boots, Next, Tesco, M&S & more. There is also a Five Guys & a Nando’s 🤤

Good shopping centre if a little spread out

Ample parking all around with a Tesco petrol station located at the main car park which is very handy
All of the shops you would expect to see with Marks and Spencer and Tesco having major stores

Well worth a visit if you are in the area

Always shopped here. Just got a PCN after overstaying 2.5 hours, spending over 500 quid shopping. Ridiculous! Be warned people don't overstay parking, going to go back and check if there is clear signage stating this. Total rip off, be warned ⚠️
