Brilliant shop. Staff are amazing. I purchased a large aquarium and had it delivered to my house. This is my favourite shop for aquarium needs. Staff are friendly, helpful. I had my dog with me at the shop when purchasing my tank, and they gave her a treat on leaving the shop, great extra. Wish every pet shop was so welcoming

I have been a customer for over 3 years. The communication is bad. They have taken my money and not sent my order. I have e mailed and rang but nothing. They have till Thursday then I will cancel

I received my package today of rabbit pellets and it came with maggots in it. I phoned up the store and they thought it was funny. Which is disgusting, but they did say they will send a replacement today which I'm yet to receive. Please pet range check your stock before sending out, it was a see through bag.

Tried the browns new herbal biscuits for my bully dog she absolutely loved them to the point of trying to eat them as i was popping them in her box. She has been on the browns active biscuit but given at 4 she is neither active or bouncy just a bit highly strung thought I would give them a go after taking advice from the staff. Thank you Kara says thanks too

I couldn't be more happier that I chose browns over any other pet shop.
I went out with my wife and 2 young children to buy a fish tank set up. Not only were we given expert knowledge and advise we also walked away with a fantastic deal which we would have never been able to beat.
We will definitely be buying all our aquatic products from there too. Very polite and friendly with our over exited children especially. Great shop

Probably the best customer service I've ever had. Took the dog down to buy a harness. Very helpful choosing and fitting the harness. Good value as they were having a sale too. Gave some free food samples for the dog aswell. Will definitely be going back.
