Bought a van back in June from this garage. I advised of a few issues before and after I bought it and they fixed the majority of them which was great. However, I went back again with more issues and the new salesman was seriously patronising and didn't believe me that the van had issues and that it still had a weeks warranty on it. Darren fixed it even outside of the warranty for nothing but I feel if I had be listened too from the start then none of this would have been an issue. Then after the last fix and replacement of the fan belt (something I had brought up in the beginning) it came off during a road trip to Scotland and the garage I went in Scotland advised that the alternator was in really bad shape, missing parts and had not been serviced to proper standards. This was really disappointing to hear as I really trusted BTS Car Sales and Wrights Garage. I wrote a letter complaining and never got a reply. Says it all really 🙁

I think that if you are going to right a slanderous review you should at least include all the facts in your review concerning your re map. The vehicle was purchased from a different garage in the week prior to BTS Car Sales looking at the car, we cannot be held responsible for the additional faults that already existed on the vehicle. The customer thought that we could be bullied into repairing every fault on the car after the garage that he purchased it from refused to carry out any repairs. This can be proven by the scan records that we hold from the diagnostic scan before and after we carried out the re map, additionally we did not charge for the additional diagnostic work.

Complete idiots!!!
Don't ever try to fix yor car or just remap your ECU on these guys, no mater how professional they say they are, simply they have no idea what they are doing.
After they will break your ECU or simply not doing remap properly and have faults on your car they will say your car was broken before.
I don't know how is this company with the car sales but they are full of bullshits and lies, I don't want to deal with them ever again.
