A few empty shelves,but nice guy on the till really great customer service.

Good selection of alternative products, seeds, dried foods and American sweets. Juicing machine for fresh orange.

Thought the last manager lacked customer service skills but the new staff are a different level of rude. Served non post office customers first even though I had been stood waiting and then threw a parcel back at me as the barcode wasn't working. At least his mate who he was having cute fist bumps with and who he served before me got polite service so some customers might be OK.

Everytime I visit here they overcharge me usually I add things up in my head before I pay but last time didn't and then realised when I got out, it was only £0.10p but everytime it's 10 or 20p and if something is on offer it always comes up at full price. Just make sure you know how much your shopping costs because all those 10 and 20p add up for them.

Very poor. I've had customers push infront of me at the que & staff pick and choose who they serve. I've had to wait at the till for 20mins before I've been served with no member of staff at the till or even being called over to check if there was anyone that needed to be served. Appalling service. If you thought the service in Spar was bad, this is worse. Long ques, rude staff.

Miserable staff members, almost always on the phone while serving me. Last time I was posting a small parcel with “fragile “ tape on it, guy took it of me and threw it right in front of me and walked off.

Very well stocked. Clean. Polite staff. They also make meals which looked lovely

Hadn't been inside for a few years, and it did seem cleaner and well stocked compared to when it was still a Spar. Only nipped in for a can of Monster, so I didn't really have a good poke around.
