The Cafe Local (Northbound) team is amazing! Truly outstanding. They make the start of my day better! The customer service is exemplary - always greeted by a smile and a willingness to provide everything I need from the cafe. They know their customers so well, as this is a major commuting station and this makes it a super efficient experience too. Thank you both for all you do to brighten our day 🙂

Always get the best service from Genarro (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong!) when I pop in on my way north from Haywards Heath. Such a nice guy and always has great deals to keep me ‘occupied’ on the journey.

Warning: This cafe charges 78p extra for using oat or soya milk instead of dairy in a small flat white. Non-dairy milk is no more expensive than dairy milk. The stock response seems to be that the cafe is disappointed by its own behaviour! Shameful.

Not sure why they choose to discriminate against people who have allergies by choosing to charge 70p for alternative milk. We all know you can purchase a whole carton for that…. There’s plenty of better places serving better coffee so don’t bother with cafe local!
