Great cafe with excellent food and friendly service. Tricky to find and a bit pricy but worth it. Try the great homemade desserts and the amazing "Turkish pizza".

I love it when you stumble upon a hidden gem! We came on a wet day for the visitor centre which isn’t really a visitor centre. The kids immediately saw the play area - grown ups beware if you are on a budget you do have to pay £3 per child to play. I did not mind paying that at all to support a small independent business plus it is very clean, very well maintained and lots to do! We ended up going into the cafe to warm up and had lunch. Massive choice of tea. All the food was fresh and home made and very very delicious! Very impressed with the food and would definitely come back.

Plenty of vegan choices (including cake). Lovely views. Friendly and great coffee and a choice of teas (and teapots if you’d like one to buy!).

Had very tasty homemade lentil soup and vegan chocolate cake. Delicious food and friendly service. Worth visiting the shops nearby selling shoes and accessories too!

I was recommended to try this cafe. It’s set back for the sea front! But maintains fabulous views. I had my dog with me but was told, with genuine regret, that dogs are not allowed inside - with the views outside no apology was necessary! Bertie (dog) was given a lovely treat and I kept warm with a hearty bowl of the best Cullen Skink I have had for a long time! The flat bread was homemade and delicious, and the smoked haddock was perfect - it is clear that care and love go into all that is made here - go visit it is fabulous!

This place is fabulous. Stopped by for lunch when cycling around the island.
Food - delicious. We had a soup and sandwich as we had a long ride ahead, but the pides looked fabulous as well.
Service - staff so friendly.
Clean, bright, outdoor and indoor seating.
Added touch - I had a problem with my bike seat and the owner very kindly helped me out without me feeling like I was bothering anyone. Just great, everyone should go.

I might be seeing the place with rose tinted spectacles after walking for 3 days to get here but what a lovely place! The food is delicious. We had the salmon sandwich and artichoke pide which were both great! Service was very attentive and friendly. The playground attached looks great too.

Stopped off here for some lunch on a wet Sunday a week ago. We had the tomato lentil soup, the lamb pidi with a fabulous salad and the soup was served with pitta bread. Everything was delicious. The service was excellent and quite fast and the staff were lovely. Best food and service I have had anywhere recently.
