RIP OFF! Fair enough I understand it's more expensive in town and imported goods but to charge me £7.79 for 1 small bottle of volvic and 1 packet of Taki's is disgusting. My own fault for paying this. Didn't hit me till I'd already left the shop. Daylight robbery

Absolutely disgusting will try and rip you off, hides the cash machine when you pay, STAY AWAY!!! Place is disgusting for charging that much. Their is better stores in town on lord street that also sell alcohol on a weekend. Disgusting BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY.

Make sure your bags are zipped up and phones are hidden away when you go in here especially on a weekend as my phone was stolen whilst in the shop. Refused to show police the CCTV yet shown it me but kept fast forwarding, rewinding, pausing as clearly there was bits they didn’t want me to see. Detective from Merseyside police have advised me to write this review to warn others.

Never going back to it again. We'll go to the one next to it which looks the same. Very rude, bad customer and offensive service. They pick and choose the customers they want to serve. Avoid!

Personally, one of the best shops in the city, everything you need you will find at this store. Found what I needed in seconds! On top of that, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely pass by everytime I’m in the city centre😁
