Argos's customer service is awful—they seem more interested in making the sale than actually providing any meaningful support. Once you buy something, you're stuck with it—even if it's still in its original packing. At least Amazon and other stores like Sainsbury's are way better in handling returns and providing great customer experience.

Workers are incompetent, don’t know their job or what’s going on with the package. Ordered a playstation with the delivery to my house, but still needed to go and collect it. Why? I don’t know. The only thing is a worker who has done his job nice.

I have just returned the faulty item back to them which is unused. The guy and the lady who were working there this morning were so rude, not professional and they were looking to each other smiling like having a fun with the customer. They both were the worst customer representative that I have seen in this Argos.

I have never written a negative review but after this experience, I will. I bought a lamp yesterday and unfortunately, I did not like it so decided to return it today. Original packing, nothing has been broken and I literally got it yesterday. The lady was so rude, and unprofessional and told us that she can't give us a refund as it was not in great condition. I explained to her that this was what I got yesterday and I only opened it to see the lamp. She just said no and said that there is nothing she can do. Her colleague just stood there and watched. I have never experienced such bad customer service and will definitely not buy anything else from Argos. So disappointed by this experience.

Shocking service, shocking customer service as well. I wouldn't expect this from an established retailer such as Amazon, but absolutely terrible.

I will definitely spend my money elsewhere in future.
