While the younger staff are kind and welcome. The elderly staff have no work ethic. We wanted to donate China and glass wear of my late mother's. We arrive 15 minutes before closing as we had to drive up and sort stuff out first. They were closed 15 minutes early without any indication apart from the door being lock. The elderly gentleman was visually abrupt and rude. Eventually the lady open the door and proceeded to snatch the carefully filled bag and thew them too the floor smashing the contents. Horrible people who do not deserve anything. Will not donate there again if that is how they treat people items IN FRONT of them.

Very nice friendly staff with good variety of everything. Much more helpful and friendly than the St Rachael’s charity shop across the road.
