If you find H&B a bit plastic, then you need to come here. Always friendly, well-priced, and a fantastic range. Came in for the Booja-Booja chocolate ice cream, and was glad to see that it was still the same price as three years ago and just as gorgeous

This shop has been going for over 15 years and they're such a friendly bunch, always full of suggestions and stocking a great variety of wholefoods and health foods, always something new to discover and good prices too. If you're around Canterbury, they're worth finding and don't forget to stock up on herbs and spices while you're there, organic too.

Best bread in Canterbury. Remedies that you can't get anywhere else. Very good advice from friendly staff. A good range of products for vegetarians and vegans. Been using the shop and advice for many years.

This shop sells quality produce for vegetarians but it is expensive. I have purchased the same products for half the price from other local shops. I find some of the regular staff are rude. They act like cocky students who are all fast apprpaching 40 +.
