Coming to this store was the best part of decorating our house. I would not come anywhere else for carpet.

They sell off-cuts of high quality carpet in all manner of colours, textures, and durability. I can guarantee you will be able to find something you are looking for much cheaper than any other carpet store.

If you need advice on what size carpet you need for an odd shape of space, they are happy to give advice.

The signs on the carpets are clear and it is easy to read the size, material, and price.

I wanted a hard wearing carpet (fudge) for 2 bedroom,upstairs hallway,stairs,downstairs hallway and downstairs front room. Recomended by my neighbour.I got a really good deal, fully fitted with underlay,gripper and door edgings. 1 year on and carpet still in great shape.When rooms were fitted the carpet layer took time to measure the halls and stairs for me for the next fitting of.I only had to wait 8 days from ordering to being fitted.I did do a fair bit of leg work with local carpet outlets and I think I got my best deal with Carpet Factory Sales.

Have used these guys to carpet my whole house twice. Had a small issue with a carpet lifting in the hallway on the second time. Must admit, not much use on the phone with the initial complaint but after popping in and having a chat the problem was sorted. I would gladly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Our carpet is not even 6 months old and its fraying and falling apart everytime we have rung to get the issue sorted out the manager is hardly ever their. We had him come out to look at the carpet and he said he would get back to us in a few days 3 weeks on no answears quick to take your money and put blame onto the fitters who have done a good job with a family members carpet and our bedroom carpet.
Seems to me as soon as they take your money thats it don't want to help no more when something goes wrong or just pushes the blame onto someone else.
Will not be using this company again as they rip you off and don't want to know when you need assistance lets see what trading standards have to say as I am done chasing this company for their shoddy work they have done on my livingroom carpet shame on you.

Avoid at all costs. Starts of as cheap carpets but then they add all the hidden charges! Rude staff who try to intimidate when they make mistake and try to get you to pay for them !
