Amazing service from start to finish. Ordered all online as I live in Scotland. Was kept upto date on the whole process and gave loads of information on the different flooring. Very efficient and responsive team at Carpet Warehouse. Sent out samples really fast. Adviced me on my purchase and helped me with my order . Excellent customer service. This is a temporary vinyl (linoleum) flooring for our old kitchen, we like that it's textured and it's not shiny and hopefully it will last for few years till we are ready to fully refurbish. It was a tricky install as it tears easily and we were working with a very huge one piece but floor looks great now and we are very pleased. Thank you.

I am not going to buy in the future from them, I put my postcode instead of my parents postcode as I have bought it for them. Just to change the address cost me 55£. I was canceling the order but they would take 200£ out of the order. Literally want to take every single penny out of you. Their delievery is free, But rearranging will literally cost you 55£. I won't reccomend you buy here. Also I phoned 10 time to speak with someone for my delivery, No one was picking the phone. But when i choose option 1 for sales. Tadahhh! For sales their is always someone available for customer service their is none.

Will this company reply. NO! Left with ruined damaged carpet. Badly wrapped and delivered wet. Absolutely awful. Ruined, wet and dirty and to top it all the delivery driver, reversed £1200 pounds worth of carpet into a dirty muddy hedge row over and over again, trying to do a 10 point turn in a narrow lane with the carpet sticking out of the back of the van by 3 feet, then delivered it wet with torn packaging in the rain. Socking wet. Fitter wouldn't fit. Carpet Warehouse won't answer my emails but sends a review link. So here it is.
