I recently purchased 1 kg of lamb mince from your store and had an extremely disappointing experience. While cooking, I discovered small particles of what appeared to be pieces of a plastic shopping bag mixed into the mince. This not only ruined the dish but also raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene.

This is unacceptable, and I urge you to review your quality control measures and train your staff to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to maintain product quality and customer trust.

A thin, white, and chubby 45-year-old man, like a so called manager, acted very rudely today. I was putting oranges in a shopping bag when he suddenly stepped forward and snatched the orange basket from my hand and said, "First, put them in this basket. They are all the same." If they were all the same, then what was his problem Surely he must have behaved rudely with the other customers and staff as well. Please Open a zero star rating for him and a check-up with the doctor aswell. I was a regular customer of Fresh Mart, but now I heard about Umrah that is better.

Lovely little supermarket where you can buy fresh vegetables, Fruits and spices from around the world. They have a butcher stall inside and you can buy your frrsh Lamb,Beef and poultry.

I go here regularly,and the fruit is very disappointing,stop buying second hand fruit. Your avocado were brown inside ,your oranges are that soft they become moldy

Good selection of Indian foods and spices. You can buy very large pots and pans here- industrial size. Good selection of fish. Items can be pricey, and prices fluctuate. Very pleasant staff.
