Castle Donington Post Office is invaluable to the village. With no High Street Bank anymore the banking facilities godsend. The staff are so friendly and helpful , nothing is too much trouble. For parcels, foreign currency, enquiries, banking, cash - the list of facilities are endless. Great part of this village .

Always really friendly and helpful, wide range of services, deals with most delivery companies which makes the post office a one stop shop for returns and deliveries. Great for the local village to have!

Worst Post office in the world!
Stood at the counter on crutches enquiring about a parcel which they tried to deliver when i was in hospital.
Asked if they would drop the parcel off for me but no help from these muppets as they wanted my ID? Why i wanted the parcel dropping at the address on the postal Label.

Great customer service yesterday when posting three envelopes to one destination. Staff pointed out the BIG benefit of putting them into one plastic sack (provided by the staff member) - saving me a considerable sum. This was behaviour over and above what was expected. Thank-you

Very rude. Standing in the queue waiting for my turn. As soon as it was my turn I got tutted at and was told to stand to the side, serving other people behind me first because I had to send four parcels all with QR codes…..
