Card only car park, annoying. Lots of shops, several deals going on. Opportunity to take xmas pics they have a tinsel train, giant snowman that kids will love. Also games floor and food hall floor. Lots of people around would have been nice to see security staff but none around. NHS walk in centre for covid jabs only.

The shopping center is already outdated and very quiet but they have now decided to make the food court only ‘customer only ‘. You can not go sit down with your own food anymore because they will ask you to leave. There are almost no restaurants to pick from and the 3 which are open, are very low quality. I am unsure how they want to keep the upstairs open if they literally ask people to leave. Might as well shut it down, if you not going to reconsider your restaurants options

Parking is good but gets busy midday! Spaces are small but fits my car well. Shops are very good and easy to access

I had an absolutely horrible experience with a woman that claimed to be staff for the food area today and safely can say will never be returning to this area.
I had a woman approach my table today to tell us we had to leave as “outside food was not allowed as well as the assistance dog we had with us” we were happy to leave and began packing up the food we had. She then returned after my disabled cousin had asked several times about if there was a sign we had missed in order to be correctly advised and apologized. The woman told us it was on a sign on the table “it’s actually on here” where I proceeded to tell her “thanks, we have read this already” as we had found the sign post that stayed the information. She then began to complain at me that my tone of voice was rude and abrupt (I have autism and this can be difficult for me to recognize) I was confused and was trying to ask her what I had done that had come across rude and she continued to say my behavior need to be controlled and that I had a rude mouth. She continued telling us we need to leave and making comments on the fact I was “rude and blunt” and that we were out of order for bringing the food in there in the first place.
During this we said we are trying to leave and that we would like her to leave us alone which we had to continually say through out the 15 minutes she continued to comment. My cousin experienced a severe episode and was very distressed which her dog struggled to communicate commands due to the woman continuing. She then had an emotional outburst where she had to shout at the woman in order to communicate she needed the woman to stop and to leave us be so that she was able to recover and continue in order to leave and the woman still persisted. The woman was very persistent and intimidating for myself and my cousin who felt very distressed due to the 30 or so times we had asked the woman to leave us as we were already trying to leave. She then claimed we had actually started on her and she wasn’t talking to us even though there was no other staff members and she was stood at the end of our table directly talking to myself.

Hmm tricky one. Feels like it’s lost its character these days empty units, a passing through and parking expensive slots and angles a bit tight still some useful shops. I’ve moved to out of town shopping centres now, which are much less crowded, more accessible and free to park. I rarely do into the city now. Doesn’t feel the same and too much money and hassle to park imho

Lovely area to roam around in the lanes and also the Mall in the same area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to spend some time in.
