My order is pending for 3 full days-?
- the order has to be shipped same day and it has been three days since then.

I have been trying to call for since the day the order was made when I noticed that the there is still pending- you have no customer service or it is busier than Dart charge phone service.
(I am on the phone now since 9 am total time so far 16min and the line went flat).
