This store was an absolute disgrace no respect was shown towards myself I was falsely accused of things like not showing my ID not telling anyone that I’m a security officer, not doing my job properly, shouting at the staff.

The staff were absolute two faced and accused me of numerous things which didn’t even. I showed my ID to Jessica( Team leader) and another female CSA was also present but yet these people pretended that I didn’t show my badge or introduced myself.

I did a shift there on 7th December 2024 as a Security Officer as any other store I always show my SIA licence and company badge aswell as giving my Intro as a security officer.

The staff that were working that day Jessica, Jude and Adam (Duty Manager) were very rude towards me aswell as the store manager Shannon who called me on the store phone and didn’t look at both sides of the story and putting me at guilt.

I strongly recommend that no one should work at Brampton Coop store as the environment is very toxic and filled with loads of politics.

The staff also falsely accused me of not performing my duties properly and it’s just unacceptable to spread rumours about someone.

I REALLY HOPE
AFTER READING THIS REVIEW ITS A LIFE LONG LESSON FOR BRAMPTON STORE AND NEED TO START LEARNING HOW TO TREAT OTHER PEOPLE AND RESPECTING THEM.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR BUT ITS GOOGLES REQUIREMENT WHICH IS WHY I HAVE TO GIVE IT A STAR.

END OF THE DAY IT DOESN’T COST MONEY TO SHOW MANNERS & RESPECT TO SOMEONE.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL PLACE AVOID THIS PLACE.

This little shop has fabulous co-op items such as excellent bread, well recommended wines and irresistible raspberry and strawberry jams. The staff are always friendly and helpful and Shanjon their manager is a five star manager!

Shannon was really helpful with an yodel order issue I had a couple of months ago, the QR code I had was incorrect. She offered to print off the correct one in store to save me going home to sort it. Thank you!
