I had a terrible experience with the manager today. The Costa machine wasn't working properly, but she refused to acknowledge the problem and accused me of not using it correctly. She was sarcastic and rude, and I left without my coffees. Just a heads up, she's not very helpful.

Always has been my local . Great staff always friendly and approachable lots of laughs . Flowers are amazing last ages . Chris is a great manager MAGGIE IS BACK YEAH

For my time ever I wish I could rate 0 stars. I arrived here on a hot day with my dachshund .I have taken him into my local coop in kettering without problem and will all the dog thefts you can not be too careful. However here I was soon told sorry sir no dogs. So picked him up. I was told no be has to be tied up outside, which is not an option. My dog was very hot and needed a drink so I was left with no choice but to leave the store. Terrible service.

Have been a few times and the doors are locked and shut at 9:55 PM.. Surely when the store SHOULD CLOSE AT 10 PM... They should be trading until 10 PM... I only wanted baby formula!
