Never had a Problem with Staff and service at our Co-Op. Always have friendly Staff on duty and they always have time to help you if you need to find a Product. We have Blind People in our Village and when they shop there a member of Staff is always on hand to guide them around the Store and make sure they get what they need. Keep up the good work Fleckney Co-op

The Fleckney CO-OP has always been a place for the village teenagers to work and get experience of customer interaction.The addition of self service tills is a step in the direction of automated shopping which will eventually make these jobs redundant and also even more diminish the sense of village community and interaction.... refuse to use them.

Regularly has great offers but seemingly orders as little stock for the promotion as possible. Two offers recently had ran out of stock for the offer within 24h. That cannot be accidental.

When asked if they would replace there out of stock item for an equivalent, identical priced item the staff were very snappy with a no.

Staff have also been regularly unpleasant whenever I am being served or asking them if they have a certain item in stock. Quite unprofessional when they are very nice to the customer in front of me and then are blunt, abrupt and sometimes rude to me directly afterwards. Certainly never get service with a smile here.

Of course there are a couple of staff members who are perfectly pleasant but these seem to be few and far between.

Not as good as it was a year ago. Only one member of staff on the checkouts despite a long queue. Another staff member was chatting at length to a customer at the door to the back shop. Meanwhile I observed shoplifting taking place 2 metres away in line of sight. The shop had the feeling of being unmanaged.
