Oak Tree Corner where a 300 year old oak tree stood in the middle of the road till it was cut down in 1950. Now the site of a modern Co-op community store with a wide range of products and very helpful staff

Small community co-op with easy access and friendly staff. The carpark is somewhat small and as the store isn't huge the choice of goods isn't massive, but you can get most things you need.... The staff are the thing that makes this store.

Just unhelpful and felt scammed.
Asked about coffee on meal deal at till. YES. Got a medium (large if 15pmore. But not on the deal)
Then I find out there's no sandwiches. So, no meal deal. And I couldn't change my coffee for a large.
As a workman on the road, this got to me enough to leave a review.
(It's only got 2 stars as cashier looked ill.... Bit still could have told me there was no sandwiches of had the reasoning to let me change my coffee)
May boycott co-op. WILL boycott THAT store especially

Been buying monsters in here for a year and when I went in today I showed my ID and she refuses to sell and says you have to be 18 (I'm 17) when that has never been the case before and you have always had to be 16. Won't be shopping here from now on when they change all there 'rules' the lady was rude about it too.

Absolute God send. No tripping into miserable Coalville precinct. For once a loyalty card is useful. Clean tidy , helpful staff, open all hours.
Whats not to like.
My favourite thing is they cook sourdough bread there & you can order to pick up. Plus a discount on my coffee. Great after walking the dog. Happy days.
