Most staff are not trained correctly .Had various problems with eBay collections over many years , presumably under various managers...

The current manager has zero customer service skills .. Refused to fetch a quick parcel even though it wasn't technically 9pm when arrived ..They were still advertising 10pm close on Google (clearly off the ball with their communication skills) ..... Also, lied about the parcel machine being turned off at 8:30 .. Horrendous experience...Not exactly great community shopping experience eh ? Manager ?

Some staff are so poorly trained it’s unreal and after repeatedly commenting on the fact that you should not put a loaf of bread in the bottom of a bag and then put a 2lt bottle of fizzy pop on top they still do it
