Went to send a parcel through Yodel and was informed that they don't do it. The staff was very flummoxed and trying to find a delivery for another customer. I know that this Co-oP DOES do Yodel, but I have no confidence with the staff so I went to another distributor.

After my partner picked me up from being at work all night we called in for lottery and a few items of shopping and the attitude of the young man serving was shocking snatched the shopping basket,spoke rather rude to my partner about missing a number on his lottery slip, my partner did ask him about his attitude but no reply and I did explain I also had been at work all night but still treated people with respect, still nothing not even thank you
