The place has a new store manager and staff. I can honestly say it is a joy to shop there now. Nothing is too much and you can see how hard they are all working to repair the image of this shop.

I can't wait to see what they achieve, as a local i can honestly say this is a god send and a much needed lifeline again for the village

I will be Buying my groceries from the shop when I have my weeks holiday in wroxhall.the owner tried to help me get in touch with where my wife and I will be staying for a week. We booked through a holiday company.I was great full to the guy whose shop it is. Such a friendly guy. So we will buy our daily papers, food ECT from his shop.can’t Waite for my holiday. Having lived in the Village, and used this Store for over 7 years now I felt I had to comment. Throughout shop takeovers, name changes, staff shortages and the transition from convenience store to sub post office too these people have maintained a cheery front. They have always been approachable, despite quite often not being told what is happening within the store, and being expected to retrain for post office duties at short notice. I wouldn't be without them. They deserve a medal. The village shop is the heart of the village, and long may it continue to be so.

The place is always shutting early ain’t ever really clean I saw a donut there and saw the same one a month later and the only good thing about this place is the staff other than that its rubbish

Rude bad manners never a good morning except for the lady called Shirley and Dayna who are very helpful the sooner it changes hand the better ,the shop over priced bread stale .

Only good thing I can say about this shop, is the staff are friendly and kind.
THIS IS MENT TO BE A CONVENIENCE SHOP!!! No Milk - fridges don't work. Of course things like this happen. But this has been going on for weeks. No one thinks to buy a small fridge to put milk in, just so they can keep selling it. Its not just milk but that's the basics. So if you do manage to get milk..it will be off by the end of the day.
Shelfs are mostly empty and have been for ages.
They even closed for a day due to this.
Local residents rely on this shop. Most are elderly and some don't drive.
Can't work out if it's the owners who just can't be bothered to put the full order in( other shops are not as empty as this one).
I don't think its bad management but bad ownership instead.
I really do feel for Wroxall community. This is not exceptable.
Would not recommend going here at all.

The problem with Central is not the friendly staff but lack of management who dont want to get involved but to be fair i give this store 1 more stars more then the store in Ventnor who i had to give the minimum star rating of 1 as zero wasn't an option.
I really hope a competent company like Tesco s or Coop buy out Central whos management dont give a damm

Nice people but there a little bit slow at getting you to pay at the till. thay don't seam to acknowledge you. Only 2 happy ladies in their that talk to you ?
