Had to give 1 star as no option for zero stars. Shocking service, staff called me a liar. Rude, obnoxious, sell vapes that don't work, sell vapes to people under the age of 18. Have reported to trading standards and FSA as ' all staff on site couldn't do refunds ' when questioned about it dude straight up lied. When questioned about the authenticity of the vapes sold as batteries should last longer then 2-3 minutes I was told not possible I'm clearly lying. Wouldn't recommend using unless you want to be insulated by staff. Useless absolutely useless. I sent my 16 year old son in after me to see if they would sell him a vape... Sold without question to a minor... Tut tut I'm sure trading standards will be in touch soon
