Excellent experience with this shop. A dress I had seen in store was out of stock but it was ordered in and swiftly sent to me. Excellent communication including photos sent of the dress. Lovely retail experience in store too. Lots of unusual and beautiful items, and friendly staff. The dress is a reminder of a lovely weekend spent in Hurstpierpoint. Charlotte Grace Casuals is well worth a visit. Thank you?

My 13 year old daughter and her friend came into the shop this afternoon after school. She had saved up to buy a Jelly Cat toy. Having picked up 2 toys to decide which one to buy, and compare sizing etc the shop assistant spoke very brusquely to her saying something along the lines of “can you put those down NOW, I do have to sell them you know!” My daughter is a sensible girl, she wouldn’t have been messing about, she didn’t look dirty or unkempt and ultimately she ended up spending £25! I told her she should have walked out the shop without spending the money, and told the woman she’d buy the toy online but of course, she wanted to buy it despite being treated badly. This kind of attitude by shop keepers is partly what stops people supporting small businesses. I for one, will definitely not be buying anything again from Charlotte Grace and neither will she which is a shame as she walks past the shop every day on her way home from school.

I visited the Charlotte Grace stall at the Findon Sheep Fair and met a very friendly and helpful lady who pointed me to the website for more choice. I saw the full range online and bought some fab socks which arrived a couple of days later with a lovely hand written note. Brilliant customer service and a lovely selection of products. Highly recommended!

Exceptional! One of the only stores in the UK that had a gorgeous Jellycat my daughter so desperately was hoping for for Christmas. It was beautifully packaged and includes a Jellycat bag and a lovely note. Thank you.

I had an email exchange with Linda less than a week ago wanting a bag that was out of stock. However Linda informed me she was getting some other colours the bag back in stock. They arrived and Linda sent me pictures of the bags.
I ordered 2. The bags arrived this morning by first class post. Beautifuly packaged and contained a small chocolate gift and a note.
It was an amazing g service from start to finish.

I am new to the boutique as live in Devon. I was searching for a particular pair of jeans and CGC had them showing on the web site. I rang the store and the person was so helpful. Checked labels and sizing and I promptly ordered them off the web site. To my amazement they arrived next day. Lovely and friendly and excellent service. I will be back for sure Thank you
