Absolute terrible chemist..sell fake items ..make out they have sent items out and have not and when you want a refund after a return they ignore and dont refund...very ignorent and nasty people...i had something from them and it was fake they need reporting

Honestly, the service was great. My order arrived Forward2Me very fast. I will buy from them again if I need to. I was concerned if my order would reach on time, that was my biggest and only concern. It did reach in time. It made me trust their services :).

I placed an expensive order, which I had to chase up after 10 days as it had not been dispatched. Turns out it was out of stock - I was very disappointed that no effort had been made to communicate this to me.

Since then, I keep getting spammed with marketing email from them, despite trying to unsubscribe.

Just go to Amazon instead. Amazon were able to deliver next day. As opposed to... Ordered several basic items that have never arrived. Very poor. No offer of refund or replacement items. Still chasing their imaginary proof of postage at this point for my refund. Just poor.

Quick and easy process and the item was delivered promptly. Giving 2 stars as I think its ridiculous getting daily emails asking for a review. Won't be purchasing again for that reason.
