utterly useless. had a package sent here (DPD did it without asking), I go here to collect it and the man proclaims "the system is down" "come back in a few days" and I can't habe my package. after haggling with him I got him to give it to me and he said he would mark it collected but it has not been a week later and I'm still getting emails about it from DPD. avoid getting anything sent here as the staff are utterly useless at fulfilling their jobs. avoid at all costs

Older lady that man's the tills attitude stinks! No only she's rude but several times I've had to go in for a refund for her overcharging. She also hasn't got a clue how to work the card machine. My dad has been a loyal customer to Cherry's for years af today he had issues with his card. She refused and bluntly shouts "NO" at him when he asked for assistance. Neve mind the fact he has several times helped her when there's shoplifting issues. You lost loyal customers!

Mohamed is amazing. He goes out of his way to be helpful and does his job exceptionally well. He is the only good thing about this shop. The older male member of staff is rude, cannot do his job properly, has no customer service skills and I no longer feel I can use this shop because of him.

Never again will I step foot in this shop. Had a notification from Amazon some weeks ago that my item was ready for pickup but when I get there the old lady working there tells me it’s not there. “Would you like to scan my QR code as Amazon say it is here?”, “oh no no”. Went back to Amazon and told them…they send a replacement. Go to pick up again and the young guy working there this time scans my QR code immediately and hey presto my item is there along with the original item. Go in again yesterday to drop of 1 DPD and 1 UPS return. Old lady again. “Oh just leave them here and the man will pick up tomorrow”. Errrr would you like to scan them and give me a receipt?”, “oh no just leave them here”, “errrrr no actually not without proof I’ve dropped them off”, “ok sorry dear I can’t take them”. Never ever happened before anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I sent a parcel by hermes yesterday and the shop assistant told me I'd receive an email yesterday afternoon with proof of postage, but I've not received it. So I have no idea if they have sent my parcel and their phone number doesn't work. The assistant was helpful apart from that.

Fantastic little shop! I’ve been using this place for years now and provide everything you could need from a corner shop. It seems to always be open and drop off/pick up of most parcels. It is run by a lovely family and the older lady is amazing (hello darling)

A nice welcoming place that offers everything you could need at short notice, groceries, alcohol, photocopies and a cash machine, very handy location and not far from the railway station.
