Lovely and friendly staff hence I am giving 4 stars.
My only negative is that it’s expensive. Apart from that you are well looked after and I was even offered a shower as I had just come from the gym. I definitely left lighter than when I went In. If the prices were lower I would probably go more often. Nearly as good as my friend Pimmy at the waterfront.

I had a massage today and to be honest I'm quite disappointed with the service I received. I booked an appointment and had this conformed via text, however when I arrived at the place the woman there seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. She was confused and sent several voice messages in Chinese (I assume this may have been to the person I had text with), I showed her the text messages and explained this person had booked me in. The language barrier made it a bit more difficult to understandeach other. She stated I had to pay straight away and charged £55 instead of £50 (it's £50 for a general massage and £55 for the deep tissue), then directed me to the back room.

I had a small towel to cover me, but when it came to massaging my lower half she moved the towel to cover my top half, so I had nothing to give me any coverage; when I've had massages from other places they usually uncover the leg they're working on and keep the rest of you covered to give you some dignity. Only the back of me was massaged, which is also unusual for a full body massage. I'd explained beforehand I had a sore right shoulder with knots in so I'd like that focused on. She didn't work on this at all.

When my massage was finished she used sheets of tissue to pat me down to remove the excess oil... She left the room to unlock and open the front door, came back leaving the front door and the door to the room open while I was in my pants. Not only could anyone walk in and see me almost naked but it was also cold outside! She then stayed in there with me while I was getting dressed. I'm 28 and I'm not prudish, but it just felt uncomfortable and strange for her to be in there when she had no reason to be.

Overall it felt really unprofessional and not worth the money. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

I had a really nice 1hr massage here. The massage therapist was very professional and eased the pain in my aching back. I left feeling very refreshed and was given value for money, thank you. I will be back again.

The massage was fine, strong and firm. I did expect to be draped though. Fortunately, the masseuse didn't bat an eye when she she massaged my thighs and stomach, which had the usual effect on a bloke.

I pulled my hamstring yesterday and could hardly walk. Apple treated me with infra red lamp and massage - no pain now and I can walk normally. Brilliant.
