Wow! Such a rude woman. We were following another family in & the member of staff shut the door, and pulled the blind to stop us entering. Admittedly 5 minutes before closing but having worked in retail in the past I know that you don’t close the business before that time. If there was a genuine reason to do so, you would say sorry at the very least. Instead she gave me a hostile look as she shut up shop. All I can say is the shop opposite was considerably cheaper for 4 ice creams and friendlier staff to boot. Regular visitors to Stretton but will be giving this shop a miss.

Being as the reviews are a bit old and negative thought I would post a review. Called in here after been on a long walk, the lady who served me was very nice (Anne). We talked about how lovely the weather was and the best thing to have on a long walk is a lovely tub of ice cream, she even gave me a bit extra ice cream to finish of the tub. Ice cream was delicious . Maybe there has been a change of management or staff!
Would recommend visiting here.

We were welcomed by two friendly ladies into this lovely shop. We had double chocolate chip ice cream, clotted cream ice cream and lemon cheesecake ice cream which were all delicious. Once we had finished our ice creams we went and chose ourselves a selection of yummy looking chocolate's. We resisted temptation until the next night to eat them. They were all quality tasting delicious treats. They make a naughty treat or the perfect gift for a loved one. We loved the old style of the shop, it sells some really lovely thing's that you rarely see nowadays in your local shops. It Takes you back to old style sweet shops that had something magical about them. We have tried a lot of chocolates, and these are up there with the best ones we have tried. Thank you. Recommend to everyone if you're in the area, we will definitely be back when we are.

Quirky little shop. Yes, they sell chocolate but also a wide range of ice-cream flavours are on offer too. It is tiny inside but there are a few plastic chairs outside for you to sit on to enjoy your waffle cone.

Great ice cream the owner is miserable. I walked in on a sunny day and said what a great day for selling ice cream she said that's a matter of opinion. Then went on to moan that she had been there from 11.30 that morning which was a working day of only 5 hours. Guess it takes allsorts

Rude is an understatement

We went today to buy some ice cream as a family. The owner was moaning to a customer in front that her staff hadn’t turned up for work today then when we got served she would not serve 2 different flavours of ice cream and was down right rude to my 17 yr old nephew she was rude at the way she spoke to us no Customer service. I would certainly not buy from this lady again
