Absolutely brilliant guitar shop full of goodies to suit all pockets...professional and pleasant staff.. Nicola supported by a lovely pooch, who's name eludes me.... looked after me in my selection of my beautiful guitar....after a recent burglary I needed closure after the theft of many of my guitars...my Epiphone Masterbuilt Texan fitted the bill perfectly...my new 6 string .. that chapter is now closed and I can move on..thanks guys! Many thanks Nicola and Chordplay Guitars 🎸 Thoroughly recommend 👌 five stars

Really pleased with our visit to Nicola at Chordplay guitars. Gave us a fair and honest price for our trade in guitar in exchange for a beautiful Fender Telecaster. We will DEFINITELY visit her store again. Fantastic range of good quality instruments, and terrific service.

Great experience visiting Nicola at Chordplay guitars today. Fair part-exchange price given, and the guitar I purchased (the beautiful gold strat) is exactly as was advertised if not even better! Have bought many guitars over the years, but this was by far one of the best, easiest and most personable guitar buying experiences - would highly recommend to anyone in the market for the fair prices and high quality of the stock, as well as the excellent customer service provided by Nicola. Thanks again! Update December 2024 Just had another excellent visit to Chordplay - Nicola has expanded the stock and has an impressive array of guitars both new, second hand and all at good prices. Got to play a few looking for one to trade for a couple of amps, and came away with another beautifully playing squier. Can highly recommend Chordplay to anyone who loves guitars!

I highly recommend called play guitars, Nicola was an absolute dream to deal with very friendly and very punctual with getting the guitar delivered. The price was more than fair communication throughout the transaction was brilliant and the guitar was extremely well packaged and delivered safely in a very prompt manner. I would highly recommend using them if looking to buy a guitar from the secondhand market.

Really pleased with the Squier Classic vibes Strat bought last week from ChordPlay Guitars. A fair price and good personable customer service from Nicola. It’s really great to be able to look at the stock that they have in which appears to include a number of one-off items such as signed guitars. I would recommend ChordPlay Guitars and would certainly buy from there again myself.

Great customer service. Really informative, they explained the specifics of each the guitar makes in the shop, taking into account the styles of music my son is currently playing, there was a great choice and they were so patient whilst my son was trying to choose the right guitar for himself. There was no pressure or pushing of a sale. They were happy to let him plug into an amp to try out any of the guitars he liked. I’d highly recommend this business and will be going back if we decide to upgrade or need any other guitars or supplies.

I got these three stunners from Chordplay and I couldn't be happier with them! Nicola was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very professional. The stock of guitars she has curated is worth going to look at just for itself. I highly recommend Chordplay and I will definitely be visiting again to buy more in the future!
