Friday night at 10pm it was really empty but we enjoyed a lot there the music was awesome and the lights.

No complaint if you go early no one is there 😅best time to go after 12 May be.

Avoid this place. It is not worth the time or money. Indicative example, the Security guard at the gates was himself not sure we should pay £25 entry!!! The place was literally empty but for the employees. Now I resonate with other reviews here that the place is definitely a MUST AVOID. I recommend buying yourselves beer at a pub or take a bus or tube to Piccadilly Circus, London.

This place has an amazing atmosphere, the drinks are some of the best You’ll ever have. absolutely amazing place for hangouts with your friend’s it’s cozy and beautiful. food is full of flavour. I recommend, It's worthy to try something in there for sure. A must visit I say. If your looking for a wonderful experience.

The screens to watch games are too far and one of the screens is not clear it has some sort of stain. Chips we ordered had strange smell of oil and had too much salt. Sparkling water was mixed with something might be because of unclean filtre or something. They changed it on request, service is not too bad but needs a big improvement in hygiene and food standards.

Nice staff. Even some of them were dancing with customers. It was very sweet to see happy staff. I have been there 2 times in 3 years on Saturday night and I don't see many people there. Maybe because there are more men than ladies, unfortunately. Ladies shoud have free entrance or at least discount, this will definitely bring more peope in. Anyway, the palace could do with better decoration and cleaning.

Music was not upto mark,requested some songs to play but DJ wasn't to accommodating to play the songs.No one was dancing on the floor yet the DJ was playing all rubbish songs of her own choice. All Arabic songs was being played .we spend money on drinks but it was so pathetic songs played .wasted our time . Never will come again here and will never get my friends here .DJ was horrible.

Visited this place on a Saturday night and had to queue for over 30 mins in the pouring rain. There were long periods of time when the queue just wasn't moving at all and I could see no good reason for this as there wasn't that many people outside. Once inside we had to wait a further 15mins just to have our names checked on the guest list. Couldn't really enjoy the rest of the night because we were absolutely soaked.
