Absolutely shocking. I ordered a dress which cost me £75 for a wedding , as it wasn’t suitable I returned it for a refund. To my horror I received an email with pictures of a piece of soiled piece of material (not same as dress)stating I returned the dress with blood on the inside. This is a complete lie. After several emails back and forwards from me denying the damage was caused by myself they are refusing point blank to refund me. I asked them to return the dress so I could inspect it but they advised due to health and safety they had to destroy the dress. So I now have no dress and am out of pocket They offered me complimentary vouchers but no refund. It now seems my word against theirs but they are at an advantage as they have my money, I wish I would have read the reviews before my purchase as it seems they refuse refunds on a regular basis. Disgraceful!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service . Ordered two dress that came in one package, applied shipping fee on both items despite them arriving in one package! Now they won’t refund me either !

Such a HORRENDOUS experience with customer service. They don't give a s^$€ about me needing a refund. The website barely works and you cant get a new password reset email, they never arrive. Customer service refuses to talk to me or help me resolve this even when i said is an order of £200 for 2 items that i can't wear. NEVER PURCHASE, SCAM. You can tell is a company who scratches money off people. RETURN WINDOW also 14 DAYS...

The returns portal wasn't working for a over a week. Customer service finally got in touch with me and fixed it. So I have managed to return 2 dresses. The process was simple once it worked. Time will tell how fast my refund is processed. I will update this review and then increase or decrease stars depending on the service provided.
