Stayed here for a couple of nights on New Years Day with my 4 year old and husband. As always, we loved it! Nice indoor play area (although the softplay definitely needs some upkeep, as it's quite worn down) where I can sit on the sofa, relax and have a hot chocolate. A lovely pool which we can book for an hour all to ourselves. Animal feeding for my little one in the morning and a log fire for a cosy night. All the staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend...we've stayed here a few times and are never disappointed!

Beautiful, beautiful cottages with unreal scenery that made for a lovely morning stroll, many farm animals (with the chance to feed them in the mornings), great amenities and wonderful staff! We had such a lush weekend there, and Glenn and I felt very at home in our cottage. I also enjoyed the spa packages available (I had the Enliven one with Jo who is an absolute star). Ideal location as it is a very short drive to Cardigan, which was great as well!
We hope for the chance to return!

Beautiful cottage! Me and my partner came here for a short stay to get away from the city, could not have been more impressed! The scenery is absolutely to die for. We stayed in the Ivy cottage, had a dream view and were even greeted by sparrows and robins coming up to the window of the bedroom.
We had no issues whatsoever with our stay or using the game room, hot tub, sauna or pool. A very peaceful and relaxing experience, exactly what we were looking for 😍

Only advice I have is definitely fill up the tank if you’re driving! (There’s lots of steep hills that’ll eat your petrol up and not many petrol stations very close by).

The views are simply stunning. The pool, sauna and hot tub are a lovely added bonus and you can book your private own slot. It has a games room, which spontaneously we actually enjoyed for an hour and we only went to get a dvd. You can feed the animals, an experience for adults not just kids. There is a lovely walk on the estate (wellies a must). The cottages are well equipped and extremely clean. All The staff are very friendly and helpful. This place was way beyond my expectations and they have thought of everything to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Lovely location if you want to get away from it all. The surroundings are amazing and the cottages cute and cosy, but if you want to venture out and see other places you will definitely need a car

I booked at Clydey because I wanted to do the Swimming Without Stress course (which was brilliant btw). I was delighted to discover that it is a really lovely place to stay. I was in one of the smaller cottages, which was really well equipped, sparklingly clean, warm and comfortable - I can't imagine that anyone could find fault. There are good pubs and a well stocked deli within a short drive, but there are also ready meals available on site. As I hoped to return, I looked at some of the other properties and they were all extremely high spec. Everywhere has been developed with a lot of care and thought. The site is also well equipped for children, and I'm returning to one of the larger properties with my children and grandchildren in November. I can't wait!

Stayed here for four days whilst my Husband and I had an intensive swimming course.
Everything at Clydey cottage's was fantastic. From the spotlessly clean cottage (we stayed in the lavender cottage), facilities offered it was all very well thought out. The pool was just the right temperature, choice of an indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, games room, DVD’s to borrow on the not so nice days. I could go on and on about how wonderful Clydey cottages.
Book a stay here you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in a one bed cottage which was spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The indoor pool, sauna and hot tubs are a wonderful facility in this peaceful setting with wonderful views of the countryside. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, clearly dedicated to maintaining very high standards throughout.|We attended Ian and Cheryl’s swimming course which we can highly recommend. Both are highly skilled teacher, dedicated to meeting the specific needs of their clients.|We did have time to explore the local area which is beautiful, we visited the beach at Poppit Sands, the Wildlife Centre, a Wool Museum and a narrow gauge railway.

This place is truly magical. I don't know how they do it but we felt relaxed the whole stay, and we're normally tired parents with a 3 year old. Our cottage was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable with all the creaks and charms expected of an older countryside house. Stepping out of the door to breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birdsong and see the peaceful fields and stunning woodland valley was a treat no matter the weather. We had it lucky for our stay in June - golden misty sunrise, a full double rainbow, and both grey and blue skies with only a little bit of rain.

We loved walking across the lawn to the beautiful indoor swimming pool every day for both private and "open" swim sessions, with plenty of hot tub time too, including late at night. Our toddler was entertained by the amount of play areas for children, especially the soft play barn, and we very much appreciated use of the kids club where staff took care of him for a couple of hours.

Feeding the animals every morning with other families was a delight and gave our boy a chance to make friends during our stay, and the farmers were friendly and great with the children! All the staff were fantastic and made you feel looked after; they always had time for a chat and a smile.

Everything you need is on site, and we had an EV charging point reserved space for our electric car. I could talk about the positives for hours. Our journey to stay here was a long drive from Norfolk but it was totally worth it. We will be back again for sure - thank you Clydey for a memorable and peaceful holiday.
