A lovely modern and well organised farm shop with florists, butchers and restaurant with afternoon tea out the back. Electric car charging points are coming soon too... All very nice!

Beautiful, well stocked farm shop with ample parking space. Sells Fresh produce, cheese, poultry, fruits and veg, pickles, chutney and many more.

Very friendly staff. Facilities are well kept.

It’s got ample parking slots.

The prices seem to be slightly on the higher side compares to local shops.

Lovely lunch and friendly staff. However, when my wife ordered two coffees for us to sit outside in the lovely sunshine, the lady behind the counter was not sure which coffee was Oatmilk and which one was normal dairy Cappuccino! Luckily my wife has not got an allergy but if she had this could have been a serious incident/law suit. All the staff member had to do was pay more attention and mark the takeaway cup with a pen. It really is that simple.

Stopped off for breakfast. They have a brilliant selection of meat, sauces flowers and a full farm shop. Cafe was excellent.

Stopped here for breakfast with a group of friends, very good full English had by all, except I had the pancakes, with bacon and maple syrup which was very nice.
One of the roof lights was shining towards our table into some of my friends eyes, when we mentioned this someone repositioned the light, good service, good quality food

What a lovely place to find. Breakfast was beautiful, super top notch ingredients. Staff were friendly and attentive and there’s a great outside seating area for dogs and their hungry owners. Two breakfast with coffee and orange juice a little under thirty five sovs.

We stopped for lunch at Cobbs on a beautiful sunny day which just added to a lovely experience. The cafe is very clean and the food was well presented at a good price! The farm shop is really well stocked with a host of locally produced wares.

We highly recommend!

Popping in without reservation on Sunday about 2:30pm for a Sunday roast. Meat portion is a bit smaller than usual farm shop but they are tasty! Recommend. Their gluten free pudding is good too.
