Incredible service. Months ago I used to dread going to Cohen's. The queues were backed around the shop and the staff weren't very helpful. The girl that now works on the counter ( dark hair and piercings) is unbelievably good. So quick, pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work.

complaint sent to head office after disgusting treatment at Kearsley Cohens Chemist
I am not well at present but my son who is also ill asked me to collect a prescription for him as his insulin prescription was short and they had to order more at Kearsley.
I agreed although not well I went up there I asked for the medication owed and further medications ordered the owed Item was Insulin ( Levin mere) I said it would be a fridge item being insulin and had to repeat the medication to the staff member 3 times she then looked on the PC and said it's been collected.
I went to my sons home to deliver another Medication for him and told him It's been collected he said no it hasn't he then phoned the chemist who looked into the fridge and said yes it's here awaiting collection?
He then told me it's there over the phone as I had gone home he asked for it to be delivered which they were hesitant to do as they are busy.
I phoned to make a complaint and asked to speak to someone in charge they said, hold the line, a female answered and asked what the problem was, so I explained, she then asked me to hold the line and said, I have spoken to my supervisor and my manager and they will look into the problem.
It annoyed me that the first person I spoke to was asked to call a senior staff member, who passed it to another staff member, who then asked a senior supervisor, who then asked the manager, to send me a message back to me saying sorry? it's not GOOD ENOUGH the staff are Lazy and IGNORANT they do not listen to the customers and somebody needs to look into providing a service with staff that care for the patients, not ignore what were saying, this is the most disorganised branch of Cohens anyone could have the misfortune to have to go to, please help organise the staff to provide a service not a sham

I want to thank all the staff and Junaid Khan for the excellent service. I went into the chemist because I was shaking and feeling sick. They done a excellent job I thought my blood sugar levels had dropped. They went above and beyond to help me

Was in traffic for 2 hours from Ashton and was going to be too late to pick meds up so staff took them over to the docs surgery, who were open later, so I could still get them. Helpful and caring.

Always have the phone off the hook, so if you want to know if your prescription has arrived, you have to walk 2 miles, and queue for half hour, to be told NO
