Went shopping at this store yesterday, I am no complaining about prices or quality as they are similar to other stores in the area, the one thing that stood out was an employee who served me with name badge and name on the docket MINA. She was very helpful, understanding and patient. So that is why I gave it 5 stars.
It is very hard to find a person today that provides Service Excellence,
I believe your store should be proud of having a dedicated and great support worker like this person..
I could be bold and say “deserves a pay rise,” but I know the way she presented herself and your store, It would have been a labour of love, dedication, commitment, loyalty and devotion.
I extend my Congratulation to your store for having a great staff member. it is staff members like this that will make people return to your store and not the promotions large stores promote.

Excellent sized store
Parking can be difficult at times, but they do have parking at the rear that's often available.

Well stocked clean store.
I'd say this is one of the better stores in the area.
Does run low of stock on a Sunday afternoon.

I visited the store to purchase a $250 gift card. At the checkout, an employee named Christine informed me that each person is only allowed to purchase five gift cards. However, according to Coles' current weekly catalog, the policy states that each Flybuys account is limited to five gift cards. Since my husband and I each have separate Flybuys accounts, we believed we were within the policy to purchase additional gift cards.

When I attempted to explain this to Christine and even showed her the catalog, she refused to listen and abruptly walked away with a displeased expression. Her behavior struck me as extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I believe this is not the standard of service that Coles aims to provide. Furthermore, her attitude left me feeling uncomfortable and, quite frankly, discriminated against.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, as no customer should have to experience such treatment. I trust that Coles will take appropriate action to ensure that this kind of behavior does not happen again.

I used to be indifferent about Coles, its just like every other grocery store. But after what was supposed to be a the medium-sized weekend shop, I'm very disappointed. Many items yellow ticketed as 'discounted' caught my eye. I wasn't planning on buying any big ticket items, but having seen some deals, I decided to purchase some bigger things to make use of the deal. Only to find once I get home and check the receipt, MANY of the discounts were not applied. Highly disappointed.
Check your reciepts before you leave the store! Scammers.

The Coles store at Findon is currently going through a refresh. Shopping isles have been widened, flooring appears to be part way through being replaced. The whole layout of the store is being changed. One change that has already been implemented is a new Pet Treats bar. They have also added a Lolly Bar for us humans.

Well, Coles supermarket is one of the best place to shop for every day’s house needs as well as for the party and other miscellaneous items. Everything is available and I believe it’s quite cheap and affordable in comparison with Woolsworth.
