The shop is fine, but the
Middle aged male staff member has extremely poor customer service skills. He originally worked at the Coop garage at the other end of town. I boycott the ooo because of him.

Great choice of food and supplies. I always love to shop at the COOP when on holiday as staff are usually so nice but today I encountered a really grumpy grey haired man who made me wish I shopped elsewhere!! Really let the the store down.

Visited this branch this evening as I'm on holiday in the area, and was served by the most pleasant young man called Connor. He was polite well mannered extremely courteous and very funny. I left the shop very satisfied with my purchase and a smile on my face. In my opinion he should be given some recognition for his customer service. Many thanks Dawn Davison

Great location on the main road to pick up last minute items. As I am visiting the area, I thought this was the only option for groceries, but there is a small, almost hidden alleyway next to Greggs, called Star Yard Road which leads to Morrisons supermarket which is maybe 10x the size of Co-op.

My local Co-Op ran out of booze, so I dashed up here with a Fiat Multipla full of wheeled suitcases. Luckily I managed to grab 48 bottles of Campo Viejo and 12 x salami & manchego platters. On my way out, I bumped into a man who was frantically dashing to an optician’s appointment. We said an awkward hello, fraught with sexual tension.
