I want to say a huge thank you to the store manager on the early evening of Thursday 27th March for going out of her way with the excellent customer service, she showed to us, by bringing our the delivery herself after the driver only delivered half the order and was unconcerned when questioned that the majority of the items were missing. Will definitely recommend the store and staff from this excellent service. Again, thankyou 😊

After a few poor visits, I think I'll start using Spar as my local. This shop is pretty well stocked but the ladies who work behind the till we're vile today. Waiting in the queue and I hear them making fun of vulnerable customers and calling them "smelly". Openly making fun of people between colleagues, on the shop floor, while serving other customers, is absolutely horrendous.

Whoever manages this shop needs to step in as the staff are always speaking to each other over the headsets in front of customers, which is generally rude, but today was an escalated level of poor customer service, so much so I felt I had to make this publicly known.

Incredibly upbeat and friendly staff, so much so it’s very noticeable compared to usual supermarkets. However the prices for seemingly all items are ridiculously overpriced and not competitive at all.

Miserable staff one lady in particular, brown curly hair (tracy?) Working Thursday evening..she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, no thank you's, just miserable...didnt offer me a bag, nor a receipt, I understand about saving paper,but I genuinely needed receipt this one time. I had to ask and was rewarded with the biggest sigh! Wrong price was displayed on the apples. No big deal but again I was spoken to as if it were my fault. Most of the staff in there are lovely, especially the young gentleman. But this particular lady obviously does not enjoy her job,and it shows!! I will try not to shop local next time!

As local shops go I must say this store has great staff, good stock levels and best of all 10% off everything with my NUS Extra card. Plus collect loyalty points which convert directly to money of your spend

Sad to say covid safety measures not being applied! One individual male and a group of 4, all in construction etc workers garb and without masks entered around 1.30 today and were served. Mask exemption for the individual maybe, but a group of 4?!
